Ivine Lucas - My Yes, His Way
I have tried to find the right words to introduce myself for months, but I realized that I was putting too much pressure on myself. So, I'll keep it simple: I am a wife, mother, daughter, friend, sister, confidant, and a woman who loves the Lord. Although I have many roles in life, my faith is the most important thing to me. I don't have any fancy titles or letters after my name, but I trust and love the Lord with all my being.
My favorite saying is that no matter what's going on in my life, I want to be grounded in the Word of God. If my husband is looking for me, I want him to find me in the Word of God. If my kids are searching for me, I hope they find me in the Word of God. And if you, my dear brother or sister, are looking for me, I pray that you find me in the Word of God.

I am the type of person who likes to keep it real and get straight to the point. Just like my wife, I wear many hats - husband, father, son, brother, uncle, evangelist, coach, grill master, and most importantly, a Godly man. I take the calling of being a Godly man very seriously, and I am not afraid to share my testimony of God's goodness. My life's purpose is to encourage men to step up to the plate, fight for their families, and set a good example. As you browse through this website, I pray that the words find you where you are and inspire you to reach greater heights!

Our story hasn't been all rainbows and unicorns, but it's a testament to God's grace, mercy, and love. Herbert and I met when I was 15, and he was 16. It was love at first sight for me. We got married young and had our first child even younger. Now, 19 years later, we're blessed with four amazing children and a beautiful granddaughter. Marriage isn't always easy, but it's worth it. With patience, forgiveness, and God's grace, we've made it through. Marriage is a ministry, and so is family.
